Found Objects Art

Image
Now that our Properties of Materials unit is finishing up, we have decided to create some art out of our found objects.  We are using small pieces of metal, fabric, plastic, wood and more to create interesting art work.  If you have any bits and pieces at home, that you no longer need, please send in by Friday for our project.  Thanks!

Welcome Back and IDERD

Hello everyone and welcome back from March Break!  It's been great to see all the kids and hear about what they did on their week off. Today is the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (IDERD). Today, and every day, we reinforce messages of inclusion and acceptance with our students.  It is a message of peace and understanding that we need now, more than ever, in our world.  I stand with you, in condemning acts of hate and fear around the world.
